Can you coordinate multiple vehicles for our wedding day?
Yes — multi-vehicle weddings are our specialty. A typical full-day fleet looks like a sedan for the couple, an SUV for parents and grandparents, and a Sprinter for the bridal party. One dispatcher owns the entire run-of-show, every driver knows the timeline, and your planner has a single point of contact. We've coordinated up to six vehicles in a single wedding.
Will the vehicle interior be safe for my dress?
Absolutely. Every wedding vehicle is detailed the day before — interior vacuumed, leather conditioned, climate-control checked. We confirm the vehicle is fragrance-free, set the cabin temperature to your preference, and your chauffeur is trained to help you in and out without snagging fabric. Sprinter vans have extra headroom for tall headpieces and full ballgowns.
What happens if the ceremony or reception runs over?
Weddings run long — we expect it and we plan for it. Your booked hours include reasonable buffer, and if the day genuinely extends past schedule we bill overtime in 30-minute increments at the standard rate. We never abandon a wedding mid-event. The chauffeur stays until the send-off is complete.
Do you provide vintage or classic getaway cars?
We don't operate vintage vehicles in our owned fleet, but we partner with trusted classic-car providers in the DMV for clients who want a Rolls-Royce, vintage Bentley, or classic Mustang for the send-off. Ask during booking and we'll coordinate directly with the partner provider — you get one invoice and one point of contact.
Can our wedding planner or coordinator contact the driver directly?
Yes — and we encourage it. The week of the wedding we share direct contact information for your dispatcher and lead chauffeur with your planner. They can call or text any time on the day for timeline changes, weather delays, or last-minute requests. We work seamlessly with every major DMV wedding planner.
What about parking at the ceremony and reception venue?
All parking, tolls, and venue access fees are included in the quoted price — no surprises on the day. We pre-coordinate with venue management for staging, drop-off zones, and send-off positioning. For venues with valet-only access, your chauffeur stays with the vehicle so it's ready the moment you need it.
Is the bridal party allowed to bring drinks in the Sprinter?
Beverages of all kinds are welcome in our Sprinter vans and SUVs for adult passengers of legal drinking age. We provide complimentary bottled water, ice, and cup holders, and the cabin has space for a cooler. We just ask that open containers stay in the vehicle and that the chauffeur is treated as the responsible designated driver for the group.
