Service Terms
On-Time Service: We make every reasonable effort to arrive at your confirmed pickup time. Our on-time commitment applies only to bookings confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup. For same-day or short-notice bookings, we will provide our best available service but do not guarantee specific arrival times. "On-time" means a driver arriving within 15 minutes of the confirmed pickup time.
Conditions Beyond Our Control: DMBJ Transportation is not liable for delays, missed connections, or service interruptions caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, third-party flight or train delays, TSA or security delays, government action, or any other circumstance outside our reasonable control. In such cases we will make best efforts to reschedule, substitute a vehicle, or, at our discretion, refund the trip fare.
Limit of Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the fare paid for that trip. We are not responsible for consequential losses including missed flights, missed events, or lost business.
Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle but will make reasonable efforts to return them. A delivery fee may apply.
Communications Consent (Text, Email & Phone)
DMBJ Transportation uses text messages, email, and phone calls to provide updates about your quotes and ride bookings. By providing your phone number or email address in any of our forms — including quote requests and booking forms — you consent to be contacted by us at the contact information you provide.
You may receive messages for:
- Quote follow-ups and reminders about a booking you started
- Booking confirmations
- Driver assignment notifications
- Pickup time updates
- Trip status updates
- Payment confirmations
- Occasional service updates and offers (such as ride credit or referral invitations)
Consent: By entering your phone number or email address in our quote or booking forms, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages, emails, and calls from DMBJ Transportation at the contact information provided, about your quotes, bookings, and related services.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive 2-5 messages per booking.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. DMBJ Transportation does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt-Out (Text): You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us at (301) 531-5737 to opt out.
Opt-Out (Email): You can stop non-essential emails at any time by replying to any email from us or contacting us at (301) 531-5737 — we will honor your request promptly. Transactional messages required to deliver a trip you booked (such as confirmations and driver details) may still be sent.
