Will my golf bag actually fit — sedan, SUV, or do I need a Sprinter?
A single full-size carry bag fits in our Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan trunk, but a stand bag is tight. For one or two golfers with full bags and carry-on luggage, book the Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator — both comfortably fit 4 full-size bags plus weekend luggage. Groups of 5-7 still fit in an Escalade if luggage is light. For a foursome flying in with full luggage and bags, we recommend two SUVs or a Sprinter to avoid a cramped ride.
Where do you drop off at Congressional, TPC Potomac, or Robert Trent Jones?
Our chauffeurs know each member entrance and bag-drop location. At Congressional, we use the main clubhouse drive on River Road. At TPC Potomac, we drop at the bag drop loop just past the gatehouse. At Robert Trent Jones, we use the bag drop circle in front of the clubhouse. At Creighton Farms, the bag drop is at the Jack Nicklaus clubhouse entrance. Tell us your tee time and we'll arrive at the right gate.
Can you pick me up directly from Dulles, Reagan, or BWI for a round?
Yes. We track your flight in real time and meet you at baggage claim or the curb. Our most popular setup: land at IAD, clubs and bags loaded in 5-10 minutes, on the road to Congressional or TPC Potomac with 60-75 minutes to the first tee. Tell us your flight and tee time and we'll work backwards to confirm timing.
Does the driver wait during my round, or come back later?
Both options work. The Golf Day package includes a wait-on-property driver for a full round (4-5 hours including warm-up and post-round). Some clients prefer drop-and-return: we drop you for the round, run another job, and return for pickup. Wait-during is cheaper for short total bookings and simpler for tight schedules; return pickup is better if your round and 19th-hole time will exceed 6 hours. We'll recommend based on your day.
Can you handle a multi-course day or a 36-hole golf trip?
Yes. We've done morning rounds at TPC Potomac followed by afternoon rounds at Congressional, and three-course trips through Lansdowne, Creighton Farms, and Raspberry Falls. Multi-course days are usually an 8-12 hour Corporate Golf Outing booking with a dedicated chauffeur and equipment-friendly SUV. Tell us your course list and tee times and we'll plan the timing and lunch logistics.
Do you coordinate corporate golf outings with multiple foursomes?
Absolutely — this is one of our most-requested services. We handle hotel staging, airport pickups for out-of-town guests, staggered course arrivals timed to your tee sheet, and post-round dinner transfers.
