Every booking includes complimentary wait time
Past the complimentary grace, additional standby may be accommodated subject to chauffeur availability, billed in 30-minute increments at the per-vehicle rate below.
Airport Arrivals
All airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time beginning at the actual flight landing time. Flight tracking is included, and arrival times are automatically adjusted for delays.
Meet-and-greet reservations follow the same wait-time structure.
After the complimentary wait period expires, additional standby time may be accommodated depending on chauffeur availability.
Standby billing rates:
Standby billing is charged in 30-minute increments.
Non-Airport Pickups
All non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time measured from the scheduled pickup time.

Hourly Service
Hourly reservations include:
- up to 15 minutes of complimentary time at the beginning of service
- and up to 15 minutes of complimentary time at the conclusion of service
Additional time beyond the complimentary grace period may incur standby billing depending on chauffeur availability, in 30-minute increments at the per-vehicle rate above.
Availability
Extended wait time and standby extensions are subject to chauffeur availability and may not always be guaranteed if another reservation is affected.
The binding language for this policy lives in our Terms of Service, Section 4. By submitting payment for a booking, you authorize DMBJ to charge the card on file for any standby time per this policy. A friendlier customer-facing summary of cancellation timing is on our Cancellation Policy page.
